Samin Barakati

Samin Barakati is a medical student at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry and a practicing Registered Nurse. Her research experience spans both qualitative and quantitative methodologies across the fields of Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, and Health Informatics.

As a research assistant with the National Institute on Ageing, Samin’s current work focuses on improving how older adults use artificial intelligence to access, navigate, and understand health information.
