Zeen Qureshi

Zeen Qureshi is a researcher with over five years of experience in socio-economic policy, data analysis, and evidence-based research. Her work focuses on the social and economic dimensions of population ageing, along with broader issues related to equity and public policy. She applies both qualitative and quantitative methods to generate insights that inform program development and policy design.

Currently a Researcher at the National Institute on Ageing at Toronto Metropolitan University, Zeen contributes to interdisciplinary research aimed at advancing the well- being of older adults in Canada. Previously, she held research roles in the non-profit and international development sectors, where she led data-driven policy research on socio-economic development, with a focus on gender, youth, people with disabilities, older adults, and maternal and child health.

Zeen holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Bilkent University, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Qatar University, and a Certificate in Data Science from the University of Toronto’s Data Science Institute.
